When you sign in with Roblox, we receive your Roblox user ID, username, avatar URL, and account creation date. We store the trades, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, chat messages, and tips you make on the site, along with timestamps. We log IP addresses, user agents, and basic device fingerprint data for fraud prevention and abuse detection.

We use this information to operate the site (sign-in, balances, leaderboards, race standings), to process deposits and withdrawals, to prevent fraud and multi-accounting, to enforce these terms, and to improve features. We do not sell your personal data. We do not run targeted advertising.

We use first-party cookies and browser local storage for authentication, session management, and to remember your UI preferences (e.g. chat panel state). We may use minimal analytics to count pageviews and detect crashes. You can clear cookies and local storage at any time from your browser; doing so will sign you out.

We share data with the following categories of providers strictly for service operation:

• Hosting and database providers (encrypted at rest)
• Roblox (for OAuth login and avatar lookups)
• BIG Games public API (for pet RAP values - outbound only, no personal data sent)

We may disclose information if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of BloxyDice or its users.

Active account data is retained for as long as your account remains open. Closed accounts are retained for up to 12 months for compliance, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention, after which personal identifiers are deleted or anonymized. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may be retained indefinitely.

Depending on where you live (EEA, UK, California, etc.), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us via the in-site chat or our Discord to exercise these rights. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.

The service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit, encryption at rest, and access controls on production data. No system is perfectly secure - if you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
