Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use BloxyDice. By accessing the site you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We may request age verification at any time and suspend accounts that fail or refuse verification.

BloxyDice is not available in jurisdictions where the services we provide are unlawful. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the site complies with the laws that apply to you.

BloxyDice is an independent third-party platform. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Roblox Corporation, BIG Games Pets LLC, or any of their subsidiaries or partners. "Pet Simulator 99", "PS99", and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

You authenticate using Roblox OAuth. You are responsible for all activity on your account, including trades you accept in-game and any gems wagered or withdrawn. Keep your Roblox account credentials private. We will never DM you first asking for items, codes, or your password.

One account per person. Multi-accounting, account sharing, account selling, or letting another person play on your account is grounds for permanent ban and forfeiture of balance.

Gems are an in-site currency used to track wagers, balances, and prizes. Gems have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash or fiat currency, and are not transferable outside the platform. Pet values are calculated from live Roblox Average Price (RAP) data sourced from third parties and may change without notice.

We may at any time adjust gem balances, pet values, or transaction history to correct errors, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.

Deposits are completed by trading pets to one of our verified bots listed in the Cashier. Only trade with bots whose Roblox username and ID match the Cashier list. We are not liable for trades you make with anyone else.

Withdrawals are processed by our bots. You must keep your Roblox trades set to "All" until the withdrawal completes. Withdrawals may be delayed or held for review if they trigger fraud or risk checks.

You agree not to: exploit bugs or vulnerabilities; use bots, scripts, or automation against the site; chargeback or reverse legitimate transactions; engage in collusion, chip dumping, or wash trading; launder funds; harass other users or staff; impersonate moderators; or attempt to defraud BloxyDice or its users.

Violations result in immediate account closure and may be reported to Roblox and to law enforcement.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason - including suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. Where lawful, balances of terminated accounts may be forfeited.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloxyDice, its operators, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, items, or data, arising out of your use of the service.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the site chat or via banner. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
