Terms of Service

By accessing or using PS99Market, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all rules and policies published on the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the service immediately. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use PS99Market. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, and you are responsible for keeping your account details current. You may not use the service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law or under the rules of any platform we operate with, including Roblox.

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including trades, listings, and withdrawals. Keep your credentials and 2FA codes private; PS99Market will never ask for your password. You may not share an account between multiple people or operate more than one account without our written permission. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

PS99Market is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of Pet Simulator 99 items. We provide the listing, trading, and payment infrastructure, but the items themselves belong to the game and are transferred between player accounts. We are not a party to any individual trade, and we do not guarantee the outcome, value, or delivery time of any listing.

All items traded on PS99Market are virtual goods inside Pet Simulator 99 and have no value outside the game. We make no claim about the real-world value of any item, and prices are set solely by users. The game's developers may change, remove, or revalue items at any time, and PS99Market is not responsible for any resulting loss of value.

You can fund your balance with cryptocurrency or card payments. Crypto deposits are credited after the required network confirmations, which can take time depending on network conditions. Card payments are processed by third-party providers and may be delayed or declined for reasons outside our control. Deposited funds can be used to purchase items or withdraw, subject to these terms.

Withdrawals are processed to the address you provide and are subject to minimum amounts, network fees, and security review. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of withdrawal addresses; transactions sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered. We may pause, delay, or reverse withdrawals to investigate suspected fraud, chargebacks, or violations of these terms.

PS99Market charges a service fee on completed sales, and network fees apply to crypto deposits and withdrawals. Fee rates are shown on the platform before you confirm a transaction, and we may change them with notice. By completing a transaction, you agree to the fees displayed at that time.

Purchases are delivered in-game by automated trading bots, usually within minutes but occasionally longer during high demand or maintenance. Do not move, trade away, or modify purchased items before delivery is complete. If a delivery fails, contact support and we will retry the delivery or refund your balance.

You may not use PS99Market to scam, defraud, or deceive other users; to exploit bugs or automate the platform without permission; to trade items obtained through stolen accounts or chargebacks; or to complete deals outside the platform to avoid fees. Off-platform trading also removes our protection, and we cannot help recover losses from it.

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without contacting support first is treated as fraud. Accounts involved in chargebacks, stolen payment methods, or fraudulent activity may be permanently banned, with balances, items, and pending withdrawals forfeited. We reserve the right to report fraudulent activity to payment providers and relevant authorities.

The affiliate program rewards you for referring new users with a share of the fees generated from their activity. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and any attempt to artificially inflate referral earnings are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of affiliate earnings and possible termination. Affiliate rewards may be adjusted or reversed if the referred activity is later found to be fraudulent.

We aim to keep PS99Market available at all times, but the service is provided on an as-is basis and may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or events outside our control. We are not liable for downtime, lost listings, missed trades, or any losses resulting from service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PS99Market and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost items, or lost data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount of fees you paid to us in the 30 days before the claim arose.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or create risk for other users or the platform. You may stop using PS99Market and close your account at any time by contacting support. On termination for a violation, balances and pending items may be forfeited.

We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The updated terms take effect when published, and your continued use of the platform after that point means you accept them. Check this page occasionally so you stay aware of any changes.
