Refund Policy

What we will refund
We will refund or credit you in the following cases, provided you contact support within 7 days:
- A deposit was traded to an active BloxyDice bot listed in the Cashier and did not credit your balance.
- A withdrawal was charged from your balance but the bot trade was never offered or was cancelled.
- A documented site bug caused you to lose a wager you would otherwise have won (verified from server logs).
- A duplicate transaction was recorded due to a network retry.
To request a review, contact support with your Roblox username, approximate timestamp, and any screenshots of the in-game trade. We will respond within 24 hours on business days.
What we will not refund
- Losing wagers, settled coinflips, or completed races - outcomes are final once committed.
- Trades you made with anyone other than a verified BloxyDice bot.
- Pets sent to the wrong Roblox account due to you typing the wrong username in-game.
- Withdrawals delayed due to your trades being set to "Friends only" or off entirely.
- Losses caused by you sharing your account or being phished off-site.
Chargebacks
BloxyDice does not handle real-money payments directly. Any attempt to chargeback a deposit through a third party is treated as fraud, will result in an immediate permanent ban, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
